Refund Policy

At NGO HELP, we deeply appreciate every contribution made toward our mission to support communities in need.

1. Donation Refunds
As an organization executing charitable activities, donations made to NGO HELP are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen during transaction processing.

2. Error in Donation Amount
If you made an error in the donation amount or accidentally submitted duplicate payments, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Processing Refunds
To request a refund for an erroneous transaction, please send an email to support@ngohelp.org with the following details:
- Donor Name
- Transaction Date & Time
- Payment Reference/Transaction ID
- Reason for the Refund Request

Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
